- You inquire
- We choose a package, date, and time
- I email you a contract & invoice
- You sign the contract and pay the non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your session (all done online... so easy!)
- After the session is booked, we talk location and wardrobe
- Remainder of payment is due 24 hours prior to the session
- We have a fun, relaxed session capturing a mixture of both posed and candid images
- Proofs with light edits will be sent to you in an online gallery within one week of the session
- You select the images you want (with the option to purchase more than what's included in your package)
- After you've made your final selections, edited images will be delivered to you digitally within three weeks
- You download your digital images and have the option to purchase prints or products through your gallery
- Enjoy for years to come!

What should we wear?

I always schedule sessions as close to sunrise or sunset as possible. One hour before sunset is ideal! This ensures beautiful and flattering lighting during the session. The timing of a downtown/urban session can be more flexible, as the buildings cast plenty of open shade, which also makes for great, even lighting. I usually shoot for midday for in-home sessions, but they can be done anytime during the day as long as there is good natural light.

How do we choose a location for our session?

- Help prepare your children for the session by making it sound fun! The more stressed you are, the more stressed they will be.
- Don't threaten them; bribe them! If you do well during the session, we will _______, we will buy _______, or we will eat at _______.
- Allow me to work with your child. Sometimes kids do better one-on-one. If I need help, I will certainly ask. In this case, please stand directly behind me so your child is looking toward the camera.
- In order to keep faces, teeth, & clothing clean, I ask that you don't offer food or colored drinks during the session. Leave them in the car & use them as incentives.
How can I get my children to cooperate during the session?

I offer mini sessions on certain dates, and they are set up back to back. I do not offer mini-sessions as part of my regular packages.
I do run specials occasionally, when I want to try out a new technique, location, or prop or when I want to grow my portfolio in a certain area.
